Calling In Conversations: You Reap What You Sow (or FAFO!)

Decisions were made, ballots were cast, and now reality is setting in. People are starting to feel the impact of their choices, while those of us who knew better are enjoying the spectacle of watching them reap what they sow. The chickens have come home to roost or, more bluntly, they had to f*ck around and find out (FAFO). But, why shouldn’t we revel in this moment of their self-afflicted suffering? While we bask in smug satisfaction, are we losing sight of the bigger battle? Gloating may feel good, but being strategic feels better.

Calling In Conversations are a space for a free-flowing virtual chat—a place to share your stories, questions, and personal experiences with Calling In around a loosely-themed topic. Bring your curiosity, your courage, and your voice.

NOTES: The format of Calling In Conversations allows us to create a community feel quickly because it’s live and in the moment. To preserve this, we don’t share any recordings of these sessions.

We value inclusion and access for all participants. Given our small team size, limited resources,  and the commitment we have to keep all offerings financially accessible to most, we may not be able to accommodate requests. Calling In course lectures are the only offerings that are recorded and whose slide decks are available to review after the live event for the duration of the course plus one week. Learning Labs are not available for review. Calling In Conversations are not available for review. Events include closed captioning but closed captioning is not available in Learning Labs breakout rooms.
