Calling In: How to Start Making Change with Those You’d Rather Cancel is an essential cultural contribution from Black feminist and MacArthur “Genius” Fellow Loretta J. Ross. Using fifty years of experience in activism, the author demonstrates how the act of “calling in” can be a greater catalyst for change than calling someone out. Attend this session to learn more about constructive confrontations and how they can be utilized in a variety of settings. Moderated by Bookmarks Board Member Dr. April Ruffin-Adams.
